Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use likelyplanet.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Likelyplanet Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work done in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Likelyplanet Heating & Air.

No Endorsement and No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

The content here is meant as general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they vary with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general, and we do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Staying Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How Likelyplanet Heating & Air Gets Paid

Likelyplanet Heating & Air may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Information

We try to keep this website accurate and up to date. We make no warranty, however, that it is complete or without errors.
