How Our Network Works
Talk to a provider

Who You Talk To
You will not be speaking with a repair crew from Likelyplanet Heating & Air. We are a referral service. After you reach out, you are linked with an independent HVAC provider in the network. That provider is a local business with its own staff, prices and schedule.
What Happens Next
Say you send a request on a sticky evening because the AC stopped cooling. A provider reads your details and gets in touch. They may ask a few questions:
- What is the system doing, and when did it start?
- How old is the equipment?
- Is it an AC, a furnace, or both?
- Do you have a crawl space, a slab, or an attic unit?
Some providers can then set a visit. Many can respond quickly, but timing varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability.
Have Notes and Photos Ready
A few photos help a lot. Snap the unit, the model label, and anything that looks wet, frosted or rusty. Jot down error codes, sounds and dates. Providers can often give a clearer first answer when they see what you see.
What to Ask a Provider
Before you agree to any work, consider asking:
- Are you licensed and insured in this state?
- Will you give me a written quote?
- Does the quote list parts, labor and any permit fees?
- What are my options: repair or replace?
- Is there a warranty on parts or labor, and who backs it?
- How long will the work take?
Typical U.S. costs vary widely by job, so a written quote beats any rough number you hear on the phone.
You Are in Control
A request through Likelyplanet Heating & Air carries no obligation. You can compare providers, ask questions, and say no. If a quote feels unclear, ask for it to be explained or get a second one. The decision, and the contract, are between you and the provider.
